However, the division into two or three equal doses is recommended, either in the morning and evening or in the morning, at noon and in the evening. For prevention, you should take two 150g packs a year, one in the spring and the other in the fall. The daily dose consists of two capsules per day, one in the morning and one in the evening. Diamond Yacca has two natural contraindications, which must be taken into consideration. This preparation cannot be used by patients with an artificial hip or knee joint (endoprostheses).
